Cost Codes

Cost code column needs to have the description next to the cost code numbers, it's hard to tell what they're relating to with just numbers. Can you have in the set up like below. Cost Code "9610 - description of the cost code" I've attached the excel document that shows the descriptions of all cost codes with the corresponding descriptions It appears the excel file may not works so I've added screen shots below incase it doesnt work.
