Meeting AI Tool Improvement for projects

How do I drop these recording files from teams directly into the meeting AI tool? Also I need the structure to fit my meeting agenda template not a general summary like all the AI tools. Even if it was to pick up on my agneda key words eg. 1. Safety, 2. New Business, 3. Schedule, 4. Design, 5.
