Consol speed issues

The current responsive speed is very poor and has been picked up by all the team. They are alll having the same issue and causing delays in the daily work flow with the slow responce navigating between the tabs. While a few seconds might sound a lot in isolation, these pauses accumulate rapidly throughout the day, slowing my train of thought and slowing down critical tasks. After discussions with out IT Team you consider how to implement some form of UI acceleration or caching so that these context switches are instantaneous, rather than forcing me to wait for the system to catch up with every single click. Can you please send through a plan for the increased speed.
