Dashboard information issue

The issue is the the P/O number is showing as a link not the actual P/O Number. this coded link should be over the far right if you need to dive into the link. Description is showing the P/O number in some. This should be under P/O Number. please seperate the Quotation Number as a column. Also the Supplier should be the name not a code.
