Portal Section - Subcontractor When is this section going to be live and functional ?

Please update me on the timeline for this section to be functional? I will need this section to start managing new contractors. Please issue a schedule or plan for this implimentation as soon as possible. The Select Sub contractors should be the contractor not the project.
