Mark up tool added to preliminary design review

Are we able to please have a mark up tool built into the review stage of the preliminary deisgn review tool to allow architects, internal team, production team, etc to physically mark up the documents/drawings in the review stage, whether this be a change of dimension mark up, approved stamp, highlighting areas, etc.
