Records, on the record. A first for construction.

Your records do real work. Site diaries go to clients. Inspections to certifiers. Meeting minutes to consultants. Notices to subbies. Every one of them needs to leave Deep Space looking professional. Until today, none of them could. You screenshotted. You exported something that lost half the formatting. You rebuilt the document in Word. Today, that ends. 01 / How this changes your week Every Site Diary. Every Inspection. Every Meeting Minute. Every RFI. Every Notice. Every Custom Form your team has built. One click out. Live, branded, archived in the recipient's system before you've moved to the next task. You stop screenshotting. You stop rebuilding documents in Word. You stop emailing apologies for the version someone has. The professional version becomes the default version. For the first time, the records you capture inside Deep Space are designed to leave it. 02 / What we built A rendering engine. Every record runs through it. One engine. One master template. Every record type. Hit Publish on a record and the engine pulls the data, runs it through a fixed component registry, and emits a clean, branded, A4-printable HTML report served from a token-based shareable URL. The same render is downloadable as an A4 PDF. One engine, not one template per form. Every record type runs through the same component registry. Empty blocks don't render. New record types don't need new templates. The principle that makes this work is that we built an engine, not a series of templates. Add a new form type and the engine renders it. Workspace admins designing their own Custom Forms get publishing for free. The architecture scales without ever becoming spaghetti. Walkthrough Step 01 / Trigger — Publish action on the record The Publish action sits at the top of every supported record, alongside Archive, Update Status, and Edit. One click. The engine generates the artefact in the background. Step 02 / Share — Token-based shareable URL A token-based shareable URL is generated immediately. Copy it. Send it. The view counter tracks opens so you can see when your client has actually looked at the record. Unpublish from the same place when you're done. Step 03 / Receive — Public, branded, downloadable The recipient opens the link in any browser. No login. No account. They see your company's branding, the field content, photos, structured data, and a verification footer. Hit Download PDF for an A4 copy they can archive in SharePoint, the client folder, or wherever else formal records live. 03 / Before / After The same job, before and after. 04 / A first for construction The result is a publishing layer that grows with your record types, sits inside the platform you already use to run your projects, and produces the formal artefacts your clients, consultants, certifiers, and auditors actually want to receive. Construction has been missing this. Now it isn't. 05 / What's live now 06 / How to use it What this means Deep Space stops being the system that holds your data. It starts being the system you share your records from. Prequalification submissions. Daily client reports. Audit packs. Monthly diary archives. All of it runs through one click instead of screenshots, manual exports, or rebuilding documents from scratch. External recipients see a document that looks like it came from your business. The Deep Space mark stays in the footer, where it belongs. Deep Space AI · Construction runs better here · Published 25 April 2026
