🧠📸 KAI Photo Intelligence -Turning site photos into structured insight

We’ve expanded how KAI can interpret and respond to site photos inside Deep Space. KAI can now analyse uploaded images and generate structured, role-specific outputs whether that’s assisting with a dilapidation-style condition summary, highlighting potential structural concerns, reviewing containment setups from an HSEQ perspective, drafting an NCR framework, or outlining possible commercial risk areas. Upload a photo and KAI can help you: Structure observations clearly Categorise potential risks Draft formal report-style summaries Highlight areas that may require further review Identify items worth escalating to engineers or consultants The key advantage is that it all happens inside Deep Space. It’s all about giving teams a faster starting point. -No exporting photos. -No copying into external tools. -No disconnected AI workflows. Your project documents, drawings, site diaries, RFIs, commercial data, compliance records etc. already sit in Deep Space. That means KAI can operate with project context and over time, as integrations deepen, image insights can be more tightly connected to: Quality records Compliance workflows Risk registers Programme discussions Commercial tracking etc etc. Photos remain evidence. KAI helps turn them into structured thinking. This is an early step toward making site data more actionable with tighter workflow integration to follow as the platform evolves. The opportunities are genuinely endless and this is only V1. Feedback always welcomed and appreciated. -Deep Space Product Team
