Navigation Update: PO & Invoice Reconciliation

We’ve moved Purchase Orders and Invoice Reconciliation from Procurement to Commercial. They now sit within the Commercial lifecycle: This better reflects how projects are actually managed. Procurement is focused on sourcing and commitment creation. Commercial is where financial control, validation, and margin protection happen. No workflows changed. Navigation only. This also sets up a clearer separation as we continue building out a richer Procurement module with deeper integration into Commercial over time.
