🔖 New: Global Bookmarks - Faster Navigation

Deep Space is intentionally deep. As projects scale and workflows mature, most teams end up living in the same handful of dashboards, registers, and records every day. Until now, getting back to those places meant working your way through menus, switching modules, and retracing steps. That friction is now gone. We’ve introduced Global Bookmarks, a lightweight navigation accelerator that lets you bookmark any page or record in Deep Space and return to it instantly. You can now bookmark: Dashboards Registers such as Budget Register or PO Register Individual records like Subcontracts, Projects, RFIs Reports and filtered working views Click the ⭐ in the header or use the page menu to save a bookmark. Your saved locations are always available from the global Bookmarks panel, giving you one-click access to the pages you use most. Bookmarks are: User-level — personal to you Permission-aware — no change to access controls Smartly named from page context, with the ability to rename Persistent and stable across refresh, logout, and future navigation updates Project Aware jump between multiple projects with ease This is not an admin feature. It is a speed feature. For PMs living in Program and RFIs. For CAs moving constantly between Budget Register and Claims. For Finance reviewing the same commercial views daily. And this is just the beginning. Global Bookmarks are part of a broader series of navigation improvements designed to make Deep Space feel faster as it becomes more powerful. In the near future, we’ll be rolling out universal search and additional navigation accelerators to further reduce clicks, surface what matters instantly, and keep teams focused on delivery instead of hunting for pages. As Deep Space grows in capability, navigation should feel sharper, not heavier. This is step one.
