↔️ Update: Adjustable slide-out drawers for record review

We’ve improved how record drawers behave across Deep Space so they can now be smoothly slid in and out while you work. When reviewing live project information, teams often need to shift between scanning a list and diving into detail. This update gives you control over that balance. Drawers for existing records such as Site Diaries, RFIs, Correspondence, and similar items can now be expanded when you need more space and collapsed when you want to keep the register in view. Instead of a fixed layout, the drawer adapts to how you are working in the moment. You can open it wide to read details, review attachments, or check actions, then slide it back to quickly move on to the next record without losing your place. This creates a more fluid review experience: Slide the drawer out to focus on detail Slide it back in to regain context Move through records without breaking flow The interaction is consistent wherever drawers are used, so once it feels natural in one module, it behaves the same way elsewhere. This is part of an ongoing series of UI improvements focused on making desktop review, validation, and follow-up work faster and more comfortable. Feedback is always welcome, and we’ll continue refining these patterns as they roll out across more areas of the product. The Deep Space Product Team
