📆 Construction Program - small fixes, smoother planning

We’ve rolled out a handful of practical improvements to the Construction Program and Lookahead Planning to make day-to-day updates a bit smoother. These are mostly quality-of-life tweaks, but they should add up in real use. What’s changed Cleaner task update workflow • Updating a task (status, dates, progress) now behaves more clearly in the task drawer • Saving changes gives better visual feedback so you know what’s been applied Progress now reflects reality • Task and WBS progress now uses calculated progress from child tasks • This removes confusion between manual overrides and actual progress • Manual fields are still there for reference, but calculated progress is now the authoritative value Smarter date + duration behaviour • Change the start date → end date moves • Change the duration → end date moves • Change the end date → duration updates This aligns with how most construction managers expect a program to behave. Clearer WBS naming • WBS selections now show meaningful names instead of internal IDs Better viewing defaults • Gantt view now defaults to weeks • Extra zoom levels added so you can fit more of the program on screen Large programs now load progressively, rather than locking up Lookahead Planning improvements • Lookahead Planning now supports a 2-week lookahead, alongside 4-week and longer views • A small change, but useful for teams working in tighter, short-term planning cycles Final note Some of these updates are still rolling through to production and should land over the next day. If anything looks off as it comes through, let us know - but overall this should feel cleaner and easier to work with day to day.
