✅ Actions - clearer, tighter, easier to stay on top of

We’ve just rolled out a solid update to Actions in Deep Space. Just making Actions work better for how you work. How builders actually use Actions## A few typical examples: • You’ve just done a site inspection and there are a couple of things you need to follow up - create actions on the spot so nothing gets lost. • You’ve sent an RFI to an architect, but there’s also something you need to chase or prepare internally - add an action alongside the RFI. • There’s been an incident on site and you need to make sure a corrective action actually happens - create and track it here. Actions are the little follow-ups that fall between the cracks if you don’t capture them. What you’ll notice## Action Dashboard and Register are now much easier to read at a glance: • Unassigned actions are flagged in red • Overdue actions are clearly called out • Due today shows as amber • Priority and status are shown as simple badges • You can always see the source of the action (RFI, Site Diary, Meeting, Incident, Site Instruction, etc.) It’s all about quickly answering: “What do I need to deal with right now?” A bit of tightening up## Actions are now focused on the builder’s internal team. They’re your internal to-do list — the things that fall out of meetings, RFIs, site walks, inspections, and day-to-day site activity. Because of that: • Actions are assigned to builder employees • Assignees come from your Workforce Directory Cleaner ownership, less noise, clearer accountability. Why this matters Most builders don’t need another complicated workflow — they need visibility. This update makes Actions a simple control panel: what’s overdue, what’s urgent, what’s unassigned, and where it all came from. More improvements coming, but this is a good step forward.
