Updated menu structure for Delivery and HSEQ

This update comes straight from customer feedback. As more teams have been running Deep Space day to day on live projects, site supervisors, PMs, and safety managers told us the same thing - the tools were doing the right job, but the menu order did not always line up with how they think when they are under pressure on site. When you are trying to log something quickly or find the right register, even a few extra clicks can be frustrating. Based on that feedback, we have reorganised the Delivery and HSEQ menus to feel more natural and easier to move through. The focus was on reducing friction for the people using these areas most, especially site teams, without changing how any of the underlying workflows operate. In HSEQ, the structure has been cleaned up to match how safety and quality are handled on site. High-use items like site sign-on, risk controls, daily pre-starts, toolbox talks, SWMS, JSAs, and permits are grouped together so they are always within easy reach. Quality workflows such as inspection test plans, defects and punch lists, and quality checklists are clearly grouped, followed by inductions, training, incidents, and compliance registers. In Delivery, the menu now follows a more logical site-first flow. Daily activities and the dashboard sit up top, followed by coordination and control items that PMs and site teams use as issues arise. RFIs, Site Instructions, Notices of Delay, Extensions of Time, and Submittals are grouped in a way that reflects how they are typically managed on a live project. Self-performed delivery, subcontractor dockets, plant and equipment, and completion-related items sit together so they are easier to find when you need them. Nothing about your existing setup changes. No data has moved, no permissions have been altered, and no workflows have been removed. This is purely a navigation improvement designed to make the system easier to use in real-world conditions. The result is a menu that works the way customers told us they work. Less time searching, faster site capture, and a smoother experience for both site and project teams across Delivery and HSEQ.
